What is the process for setting up an account with your service?

We pride ourselves on keeping things simple. That especially includes the onboarding process. At first instance we require a personal verification process check which is automated upon successful completion to proceed you through to the next stage. The second stage involves your business and completing a KYB form. Once completed this will be sent through to our accounts team to verify the information and reach back to you with an update. Opening an account with us can take up to 24-48 hours depending on the quality of information we receive.
